This policy is active immediatelly:

For request submitted via the contact forms where the sender is NOT a registered customer the communication and contact information will be deleted after the response has been sent.

For any contact via the contact forms where the sender has been a customer but where the customer status is no longer active and where there is no longer any pending business the communication and contact information will be deleted 30 days after last invoice cycle.
